Discount Policy

From time to time Crazoulis will offer discounts through promotional discount codes, bundles, sales, and/or events. Sale prices do not apply to any items purchased before the start of the sale nor will they apply after the end of the sale. Except for special events, we do not allow "stacking" of sale prices and promotion (coupon) codes. During special events where this is permissible, we will make sure to let you know. If "stacking" occurs while not permissible, we will have to cancel and refund your order.

If you are given a coupon code, please do not share it with anyone unless given permission to do so. If personal codes are shared with others and used freely, we will have to cancel and refund any orders that take place using codes that do not meet the requirements or are being used by someone other than the intended recipient. This includes purchases made using "apps" or "programs" that obtain and use coupon codes that were intended to be used by someone other than the buyer. If we find that our coupon codes are being abused, they will be discontinued without notice.

Digital Download Policy

All images for purchase shall remain copyright (©) to the author/creator. You are purchasing a single-use license to use these images for physical and/or derivative works.

Unless otherwise stated, images purchased from this site can be used for:

  • Print-on-demand items.
  • Web design/logo/branding purposes.
  • Greeting cards/invitations, bookmarks, and other paper products including printed scrapbook pages.
  • Waterslides, decals, stickers, and just about anything else you can think of.
  • You may offer any derivative works using these images on your website, free or paid.
  • You may claim ownership/authorship and or copyright to any derivatives made to the original images.


Unless otherwise stated, images purchased from this site cannot be used for:

  • Clipart packs/resource packs
  • Digital scrapbooking kits unless they are altered, merged, and flattened and only offered in jpeg format.
  • Apps/games.
  • Creating/Selling NFTs.
  • Sharing the images in their raw format without significant changes made.
  • Offering for download on your site for free or paid.
  • Keep copies online or upload/email the raw images without significant changes made.
  • Claim ownership/authorship or copyright to the raw images downloaded.
  • We also do not allow password sharing. Meaning, we do not allow a user to share their login information with others, nor do we allow people who have not purchased our images (digital downloads) to download them.


If you are still unsure about what is and is not allowed, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once the images have been downloaded there are no refunds given for any reason. Please read our entire Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing. Failure to follow our Terms and Conditions for our artwork can and will result in legal action if needed. Remember, you are purchasing a single-use license to use the images for a physical product or for a derivative work to be made from it. You are not purchasing the rights to resell or redistribute the original work in any way.

Shipping Policy

All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days via USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Post NL,or Ascendia. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.  During our busy season (generally October to March), processing may take a few days longer. In the event of unforeseen situations (ie: bad weather, illness) we may have to extend processing time. If this should occur we will always notify you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to not ship an item, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Protection Policy

Shipping Protection is an optional purchase that provides peace of mind to our customers.

If shipping protection is added to your order, we will provide coverage against lost in transit packages (lost, misdelivered, or wrong addresses used during checkout), damaged in transit, or stolen packages.

For Damaged Items

Please take photos of the damage and the package your order arrived in and notify us within two (2) business days. We require these to file a claim with our own insurance company. We will re-send the damaged items to the original address you checked out with. In the event that we do not have the same item(s) in stock, we will issue a store credit.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and your order was sent within the US and using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, you can file a damaged claim via USPS for up to $50 USD. Please note that you will be required to bring the damaged item(s) and packaging it came in, to a USPS center. At that time they will determined whether or not your claim is approved. Shipping Protection is highly recommended for this reason.

If your order was sent within Canada, please let us know no later than 20 days from the original ship date, you are covered up to $100.00 CAD through Canada Post but we have to file a claim on your behalf.

For Orders Lost In Transit

If your order is lost in transit, the fault normally lies with the carrier. With Shipping Protection added we now handle all claims ourselves. Please allow up to 21 days before making a claim with us. Please do not file a claim with the carrier, to do so will null and void your coverage with us.

For Porch Piracy

As a buyer, you assume all responsibility for orders/packages that are stolen/removed without your consent. Please ensure to purchase Shipping Protection that will cover your order in the case of porch piracy. If coverage is not purchased with your order we will not be held liable in case of theft. We will, however, do everything we can to assist in recovering your package.

If you have purchased coverage and need to file a claim, please provide us with evidence of the stolen package and/or a copy of the police report. You may be required to fill out an affidavit for our insurance provider. We will re-send the item(s) to the original address you checked out with. In the event that the original address cannot be used, or we do not have the same item(s) in stock, we will issue a store credit.
